MAIN TASKS:

1. Specification and Sales development:

  • Build up project/customer bases for TOA by approaching and following up closely with big customers/projects to obtain strong brand awareness for TOA
  • Map projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply specification to those needs
  • To build up and manage the specification project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target
  • Work closely with Developers, Design Consultants and Main contractor to promote and specify TOA Paint products/ service
  • Follow up Developers/Designers progress during designing state till construction period to coordinate with sales team for follow up, converting to sales and provide solution on time for customer
  • Update status of such projects within in project specification pipeline system
  • Develop specification initiatives to retain key specifiers and develop new specifiers

2. Develop specification initiatives to retain key specifiers and develop new specifiers:

  • Work with top 10 BCI Developer/Consultant companies, top 10 leading architect groups, extending good relationship with top 50 architect companies. For industrial products: build up good relation with top 5 design companies specialize at Industrial projects
  • Develop Key Account (KA) relationship and develop action plan for each KA. Ensure continuity of effective communication with KA key decision makers. Visit the customers to specify TOA Paint’s products

3. TOA Brand Promote:

  • Work closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge
  • Organize product presentation, technical seminars for Developers/ Design Consultants/Main Contractors to raise their competency level and also get upstream information on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win

4. Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze and follow up a new project information from BCI, internet, networking source regarding construction projects for the region

5. Teamwork:

  • Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
  • Support sales team in technical & marketing requirement
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure TOA specification is followed at later stage and convert to actual sales and have prompt action to keep specification on track
  • Communicate timely important information, key decision makers… to sales team to increase close relationship with all relevant stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degrees, preferably major in Civil Engineer, Architect, Economics
  • Communicate timely important information, key decision makers… to sales team to increase close relationship with all relevant stakeholders
  • 3–year experience in working in similar position
  • Knowledge in Paint or construction materials industry and is a plus
  • Understand company’s products and competitor’s
  • Knowledge in opportunity management and account management. Transactional business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline
  • Willing to travel
