Application guideline
Step 1: Surface preparation
The surface must be dry, clean, free dust, mildew, oil, greases and no flaking. Any cracks must be repaired before applying. Absorbable surfaces need to be pre-wetted properly.
Step 2: Mixing
Prepare clean water, PC40 Porland Cement and TOA FloorSeal as following mixing ratio: 1 kg of Portland cement: 0.5 kg of water: 1kg of TOA FloorSeal. Mix cement with clean water, stir well until no lumps, then mix with TOA FloorSeal and stir until homogeneous.
Step 3: Application
Stir well before use. Apply 2 - 3 coats by brush or roller, painting interval is 5 - 7 hours. Dry film cures fully after 7 days.
