TOA SMART TAPESEAL is a super self-adhesive butyl rubber sealing tape laminated by a reinforced aluminum backing, which is under TOA Construction Chemical brand of TOA Paint Vietnam. The product has outstanding features such as:

• High self-adhesion on all surfaces and coated such as metal, glass, zinc, concrete, ceramic tiles, wood, PVC, as well as on coated surfaces.
• Ability to prevent and repair leakage problems.

CONSTRUCTION GUIDES

Step 1. Surface preparation:

- Substrate should be clean, dry, dust, and oil-free without any contamination that will obstruct the adhesion.

- For metal, plastic, etc ... must be cleaned with solvents.

Step 2. Application:

- Cut TOA Smart TapeSeal to the required length. Remove the transparent film and press the tape firmly onto the substrate across joints and cracks.

- Use a suitable pressure roller to improve the adhesion.

- All joint connections should be overlapped 50 mm as the minimum requirement.

* Note:

Suitable working temperature from -30°C to 60°C and relative humidity <75%. The temperature of the substrate should be at least 3°C above the dew point of the air.
