TOA 4 Seasons Super Contact Sealer is made from high quality Acrylic resin. Product provides excellent adhesion since dissolving of resin's particle into solvent makes it penetrate deeply inside surfaces then helps improve robust and alkaline resistance ability. Hence, TOA 4 Seasons Super Contact Sealer is mainly recommended for applying on old, chalking or poor adhesion walls.

Intended use:

TOA 4 Seasons Super Contact Sealer is used as specialized primer to enhance adhesion and alkaline resistance for old, chalking or poor adhesion walls, cement surfaces, concretes. Product is suitable for both interior and exterior.

Component: Binder (25% - 35%), Solvent (65% - 75%)
Touch dry: 10 - 20 mins
Painting interval: after 60 mins
Theoretical coverage: 9 - 11 m²/ litre/ coat

Step 1 - Surface preparation:
- Clean surfaces (metal brush is not recommended), make it free from dust and old paint layer.
- Treat fungus and algae by appropriate chemical.
- Surface must be clean and completely dry, humidity should not exceed 16% (measured by Protimeter).
- Fix deep dent by appropriate cement and putty/ mastic.
Step 2 - Primer:
- Apply 1 coat of TOA 4 Seasons Super Contact Sealer.
- Then apply 1 more coat of TOA's emulsion primer.
Step 3 - Topcoat: Apply 2 coats of TOA's interior or exterior emulsion paint.
* Note: Stir well before use and once opened, entire content should be used. Do not apply when the air temperature is under 15^oC, the relative humidity is higher than 80%.
