Intended use:

TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing is used for waterproofing on horizontally new and old concrete, cementitious substrates such as floor, terrace, basement, toilet floor…

Components: Binder (50%-70%), Powder (20%-30%), Water (0%-10%)
Color: Milky liquid
Finish: Matt
% Solid (by weight): 55-65%
Dry film thickness: <=1mm/ coat Theoretical coverage 5 - 7 m²/kg/coat (depends on surface condition, paint film thickness)
Drying time: (at 30 degree C)
- Touch dry: 30 mins
- Hard Dry: 7 days
- Painting interval: 5 - 7 hours

Surface preparation
* The surface must be dry, clean, free from dust, mildew, oil, greases and no flaking.
* New concrete and cement surfaces should be applied after at least 28 days
* Any cracks must be repaired before applying

* Absorbable surfaces need to be pre-wetted properly
Mixing

Prepare clean water, PC40 Portland Cement and TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing as following mixing ratio: 1 kg of Portland cement : 0,5 kg of water : 1kg of TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing. Mix cement with clean water, stir well until no lumps, then mix with TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing and stir until homogeneous.

Application

Stir well before use. Apply 2-3 coats by brush or roller, painting interval is 5-7 hours.TOA TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing gets full curing after 7 days.
Note

- If leaving over 30 mins, should stir the mixture again before using

- After mixing, the mixture must be used within 2 hours

- Not apply when temperature is lower than 10 degree C or higher than 40 degree C and humidity is higher than 85%

- Clean tools with water immediately after using

- Keep the remaining of TOA FloorSeal - Floor Waterproofing (unmixed) in a tightly closed container.
